Sources emailed the highlighter2 at provisohighlighter@hotmail.com stating School Board President Chrissy Welch's brother, Billy Welch, was beat and left for dead for an unpaid debt. Billy Welch is a janitor at Proviso West high school and another patronage hire by school board president Chrissy Sissy Welch. Sources tell the highlighter that Billy Welch is having major financial trouble and bill collectors are calling the school daily. Sources say Billy Welch misses work to play blackjack at the casinos. Sources tell the highlighter that Billy Welch and SB88 member Ronald Anderson are partners in the drug game. SB88 board member Ronald Anderson's house was raided two weeks before his school board election and School Board President Chrissy Welch "took care" of the drug charges.
Do you think people with criminal background records should work around our children? Do you think drug dealing employees are selling drugs to our kids? Is Billy Welch endangering our kids lives since he is WANTED by other criminals for unpaid gambling debts?

I mean...look at Corey Johnson, Carla D. Johnson's brother. He was hired as security for District 209 by none other than Bitchy Chrissy, and his majority board members.
Carla Johnson's brother (Corey) is a known drug dealer with a criminal record. At least one of her babies’ daddy (Carla has 3 kids by 3 different men, a fine example for our students!) Eric Moore, son of Eugene Moore has a criminal record.
It baffles me how a school district can hire so many seedy individuals and not be held accountable for their actions.
Have they bypassed the necessary and critical background checks? Or are background checks not important?

Maybe it's me, but I thought school was supposed to be a safe-haven for students. It now seems that Bitchy Chrissy has made District 209 into a safe haven for drug dealers, gang-bangers (Terrase Craig) and pedophiles.
I mean com'on, is District 209 engaging in a work release program for criminals who need a second chance? Our students have enough to contend with on the streets...they should not be subjected to deal with this same Bull Shit in school.
