The reason why the highlighter is not a fan of Chrissy Welch?
He has controlled our schools for at least 4 years as board president. Majority board are the decision makers for our school district. Their majority vote can change the quality of education our children receive at SD209. In 4 years, a man can fly to the moon and back 240 times. What has Chrissy Welch done in 4 years to better our schools? NOTHING!!! Can you change a school district overnight? No. Can you change a school district in 4 years? Yes.
90th out of 90 is no change at ALL.
What has Chrissy Welch done in the last 4 years to better his pocket book?
In 4 years, Chrissy Welch, has given 40 million dollars of taxpayers money to his contractor buddies. How much of that 40 million Welch received back in under the table contributions? Welch has hired at least 15 relatives costing taxpayers at least $400,000 a year. He has hired friends and girlfriends costing taxpayers at least 1.5 million dollars a year, i.e. Godmother Principal Gorilla Wallace, girlfriend Business Manager Nikita Giraffe Johnson, Assistant Superintendent Dumb Libka, Multi-talented Kyle Hastings with 5 other jobs, Godfather Gene Moore receiving $18,000 a MONTH, picture taker Angela McDaniel receiving $70,000 a year, promoted Jose "Tony" Santiago (retired Feb. 07) with a 5th grade education to a $90,000 a year position and etc. He has financed all of his campaigns. Built a $500,000 house that is cleaned weekly by proviso employees.
Chrissy Welch, the insider, does not want to lose his fringe benefits and must continue to have majority board. DO NOT support his candidates for SD 209, 88, and 89.
What else has Chrissy Welch done to better his pocket book? What has he done for the children of SD209?

It is very important that people must know that Mr. Welch did not start out the way he has ended up. I along with a few others was by his side to support a young blck male who wanted to better our schools. I went to the meetings at Genos office on 5th ave in Maywood with Mr. Welch at most of them. It became very dangerous when the deals bagan being made and Welch became a victim of the "MACHINE". the machine found out that Welch`s biggest aspiration was to become a Cook County Circuit Court Judge.They took that and forced him into deals that he would soon to be held accountable for. They kept thier hands out of it and left the prints of Chris Welch all ove rthe evidence. the evidence being the insurance contracts to EMM. the contractors who work in sd209 who gave political kickbacks. The vendors money who contributed to campaigns in excess of $500.00 and Welch distributed the money and had people write out personal checks as if the money came from them. There was even a force at sd88 and sd89 when welch would suggest the political hiring of outside contractors like Ujama construction who has been involved in all of the local school districts and is the childhood friend of Welch and a contribytor to his campaign funds but in various names of other agents.Welch has even gotten involved in the Cook County web of the Stroger click hoping to get the nod or appointment for the run for Circuit Court jodge. Well to his suprise he did not get that nod. He will never get that nod, because he let his ego get the best of him and stepped out on a political limb without his blessings from the machine. Welch tried to take over the whole birdsnest thinking he had support because he strong armed a school board race with a few thousand votes. It is not a secret that he was instructed not to run for the State Rep. seat. It was a loose - loose situation for the machine as well as Welch and Moore. Now Welch has not only jepordized the machine but the seat of the Cook County Recorder of Deeds. They will back Gene Moore on paper but the polls will sow a different action. there will be opposition to moore and he / she will win. It is done and sealed when he defied the machine wishes two years ago. Welch will be chasing ambulances for the rest of his life and trying to scrape up real estate clients to close deals on new purchases but as far as his political life.....It is dead///Plain outright dead...You did it to yourself Welch. Like a junkie with a bag of laced heroin. you shot it up and did not return. Its called "OP`d" you "overpoliticed"

He has listened to Gene Moore for too long, even against the advice of many Mayors! How disperate could you be, to think that Geno Moore could get you someone? A reliable source has informed me that Chrissy Welch has been ousted from support in the April 17, 2007 election by Mayors Serpico, Pasquale, and Calderone for doing what he does best...lying!!! During a telephone confernce with Pasquale,Serpico and Chrissy Welch, he was caught in several lies regarding support for District 209 candidate, Janice Johnson.
It has also been reported that Chrissy Welch was out working Saturday like a "Hebrew Slave" posting signs illegally on vacant lots and homes in the Village of Maywood. What he should have learned in the two previous elections, November 2006 (supported Robert Ingraffia along with Eugene Moore and Mayor Ron Serpico and the result was a smashing of Ingraffia by Dr. Flowers)and March 2006 (Karen Yarbrough smashed both Chrissy Welch and Eugenia Moore)is that signs don't vote!! While the Insider(Chris Welch) predicted huge losses by Dr. Flowers and Karen Yarbrough, the opposite occurred. I guess it is safe to say that whatever Chrissy Welch puts out on people you can "flip-the-script"!

The District 89 ticket is attempting to fool the public by keeping their pictures off of the literature. Maywood voters, Guy R. Cervone and Marie Urso are white. They refuse to step foot in Maywood, but they have the nerve to ask for your vote through Grady Rivers and Lequita Neeley. We definitely need to send these two minority haters packin'!
In District 209 where only 13-20% of the students are meeting state standards under Chrissy Welch 6 year rule;
