The highlighter received an email at provisohighlighter@hotmail.com stating School Board President Chrissy Welch is going to hire and promote are LARGE number of family and friends at the next school board meeting scheduled on April 16, 2007, a day before he loses control of the school board. Sources tell the highlighter that the feds are aware of Welchs' illegal practices and will indict him soon. Also, Welch promoted his cleaning lady who is also a proviso employee in the Fall of 06.
What do you think about Welch hiring his family and friends? Are these hirings and promotions illegal? Are the cleaning companies so booked that Welch need proviso employees to clean his home?

Highlighter, can we ask the 209 board to hold a special meeting on Monday April 2 , 2007.The reson I ask for this is because it has come to my attention that Chris Welch and Tommy Miller,along with Frank Pasqaule,Stan Fields,Joe Burdi and Ben Mazzulla were given free complimentary tickets to Atlanta for the finals of the NCAA basketball tournment!According to my sources, Anthony Bruno and another contractor is giving them a round trip airfair and hotel and tickets for that weekend in Atlanta, along with free meals and hookers(in Welch's and Fields's case it will be male hookers)!!
Please make the board aware so that if a special meeting is called these clowns won't be able to attend!

Maywood, Ill. (AP) - 209 Board members finalized the removal of a board member today who was seeking a sex-change operation.
After a hearing, the board decided to remove 45-year-old Chris Welch after his announcement that he planned a new life as a woman.
Board members contended Welch was being removed because they lost confidence in him, not because he wants to be a woman.
"I think we're pretty well convinced," Superintendent Stan Fields said tearfully. "You have to believe us, you have to trust us, it is not about transgenderism."
Welch had asked the board to give employees and the community "an opportunity to show they can embrace a transgender 209 board member because that person is competent based on their skills, knowledge and education."
Most of more than 10 other speakers - including gay and lesbian activists and transgender people - spoke passionately in favor of Welch.Most prominent speakers for Welch were Brian Cross,Don Sloan and Eugenia Moore(who recently underwent surgery to be a women).
Welch planned to change his name legally in August,was also planning to either marry Stan Fields or Gene Moore, and begin living as a woman before having gender reassignment surgery in summer 2007.
