Proviso First Party candidate arrested for drugs!!!

The highlighter has learned that one of the Proviso First Party candidates was arrested for possession a few years ago. Stay tuned for updated information.

Is Welch waiting outside county jail to recruit political candidates and friends? Do you know which candidate has an arrest record?

UPDATE: The highlighter has learned that Proviso First Party candidate had her record expunged with the help of Attorney Emanuel Welch. Case # 96CR44018901. The highlighter will not disclose the candidates name. This case is from 1996, Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Rumor is, Attorney Welch is assisting Ronald "RC" Anderson with his expungement(s) as well.

SD88 BOARD MEMBER RONALD ANDERSON HAS AN EXTENSIVE CRIMINAL BACKGROUND. THIS IS THE GUY THAT CHRIS WELCH AND MAYOR PASQUALLE RAN ON THE TICKET A FEW YEARS AGO. THEY BOTH KNEW OF HIS BACKGROUND BUT THE MAYOR AND WELCH WORKED OUT SOME KIND OF DEAL. WELCH PROMISED THE BELLWOOD MAYOR THAT HE WOULD GET THE VOTES TO SELL SCHOOL PROPERTY BUT IT DID NOT WORK. IT WAS STOPPED BY A BOARD MAJORITY FOR THE RIGHT REASONS.

DONT VOTE FOR ANDERSON NEXT YEAR. HE HAS GUN CHARGES, DRUG CHARGES, AND FORGERY CHARGES . HE ALSO DID TIME IN JAIL FOR THIS. WHY IS HE ON THE BOARD?

Why is everyone worried about RC? He is not even running this year. And as far as his record is concerned, there is no law against a person running for office who has a felony record or has been arrested. Look at the Congress. Black Panther Bobby Rush has been in congress for years and you aint talkin about him. Get of RC back you bitches. And for your information he is in the process of getting his records expunged the legal way so then we will see what you haters have to say.

You can expunge a persons record but not their character. Why would anyone cast a vote for a convicted criminal. Ill bet money this wouldnt happen in communities like Naperville or Lombard. only in crook county you all get what you diserved when you cast a vote for a convicted criminal.
